Annual General Meeting of Members

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Rule 25(1) of the Pakenham and District Basketball Association Inc. Constitution that an Annual General Meeting of the members of Pakenham and District Basketball Association Inc. will be held:

When:      Wednesday 20th October 2021 at 6:30pm
Where:     Join in via video online with online voting in accordance with Rule 29 of the Pakenham and District Basketball Association Inc. Constitution  – details to register will be supplied.

Note: The AGM is a non-attendance in person meeting

All Members of the Associations are entitled to attend the online meeting.

If you wish to nominate as the Parent Member, thus entitling you to voting rights please complete the application here.

Notice of Business
Any Member wishing to raise matters of business for discussion at the meeting must give written notice of the business, using the link below, to the Secretary at least ten (10) days before the meeting (excluding receiving date and meeting date).  Only the Board Member or a Member may submit a notice of motion.

Notice of business received after 5.00pm on 10th October 2021 will not be considered.

Nominations for Elected Directors
Nominations for the positions of seven (7) Elected Directors of the Board, 4 positions for a 2 year term and 3 positions for a 1 year term, must be lodged on the form using the link below and be received by the Secretary at least fourteen (14) days before the meeting.

Nominations received after 5.00pm on  6th October 2021 will not be considered.

Agenda and Business will be issued on 12th October 2021 in accordance with Rule 22(5).
