Thank you for taking the time to consider the Pakenham Warriors as a potential marketing partner for your business.

We trust that you will find your relationship with Pakenham Warriors, beneficial and mutually rewarding for your business. Under the direction of a newly elected Board of Management, we’ve developed a number of sponsorship packages which we believe will truly enable your business to gain low cost publicity and advertising in one of Australia’s favourite sports. The packages range from our entry level advertising opportunities (which gets your business name out and about at all Pakenham Warriors BigV home games), to partnership packages which include exposure at VJBL Junior level or even full naming rights.

As in previous years, Cardinia Life nicknamed ‘The Colosseum’ will again host the Pakenham Warriors home games. The Pakenham Warriors are the representative side of the Pakenham & District Basketball Association (PDBA) with teams competing in a range of divisions across the state. The Victorian senior basketball league is known as ‘BIGV’ which is administered by Basketball Victoria. With approximately 5000 basketball members, the PDBA offers outstanding company advertising and publicity opportunities through a Warriors partnership package.

We have set high expectations and strategic goals club wide. Our teams, both on and off court, are driven and passionate about achieving new heights of success, which will ensure a bright future for the Pakenham Warriors BIGV teams.

The Senior Men are led by newly appointed Head Coach Rob Roberts, who returns to the Warriors program. The Senior Men are currently playing in Division 2 with the ambition of progressing through the league pyramid in the coming seasons.

The Youth League Men are coached by Braden Venning, who is a stalwart of the Warriors program. Braden led the Youth  League Men to a very strong finish in 2021 and will be looking to go one step further in 2022 and beyond.

The Senior Women are led by returning Head Coach Simo Pajdic, have been promoted to Championship Division for the 2022 season, and will look to build on their 2nd place finish in Division 1 in 2021.

Lastly, the Youth League Women are led by returning coach Aaron Miles, who after a highly successful 2021, have been promoted to Division 1. The continued presence of the Warriors in the BIG V has brought elite basketball to Pakenham and created promising pathways for players to develop, from domestic, through to junior representative teams and then the exciting opportunity to excel in Big V and possibly beyond. This is advantageous for the sport of basketball, our local community and our corporate partners.

We want you to be part of our basketball community, in the community of Pakenham.
